REC runs its operation through two main business segments - Silicon and Solar.
The Silicon business of REC produces poysilicon and silane gas for the solar and electronics industry at its US manufacturing plants in Moses Lake, Washington and Butte, Montana. The Solar business of REC produces wafers, cells and solar panels at its integrated manufacturing facility in Singapore and engages in solar system development worldwide. Both business segments have global sales organizations.
