REC manufactures multicrystalline wafers for the solar industry at our factories in Herøya, Norway and in Tuas, Singapore.

Wafers produced at our plants in Norway are EU certified, allowing our customers to certify their products as European. They can benefit from the 10 percent premium available as part of the Italian photovoltaic incentive scheme for solar systems containing European components.
