5 Actions You Can Take to #Save25D

The fight to save residential solar kicked into high gear. The time is now to speak up to preserve the 25D Residential Tax Credit (cash and loan systems) and the 45E Tax Credit for residential systems (third party-owned systems).

Here are 5 actions you can take today to make your voice heard:
  1. Get involved. We must be heard by our elected officials, no matter what State you live in. Visit Save25D.org for a simple form to fill out.
  2. Call your Senators. Let them know how important the 25D tax credit is to you and your community. Focus on jobs, economic impact, and cheaper electricity.
  3. Post to your social channels. We've developed unbranded social media content for you to use, which points to Save25D.org as the call-to-action. You can access social content here.
  4. Want to write a letter to the editor for your local newspaper? We can help! Reply to this email and we'll help you draft the letter.
  5. Support your local policy groups and national organizations such as SEIA and Residential Solar Association. They can also provide effective tools and resources.

We have to continue to speak up in these next couple of months. The industry can not back down or lower our voices if we want to preserve the residential solar industry as we know it today.
