REC Group is a manufacturer of solar panels. REC does not install or service solar panels. If your system was installed by SunPower or one of their subcontracted partners, all questions regarding system design, installation quality, performance issues, or service-related concerns should be directed to SunPower or the specific installation contractor involved.
- For system owners and loan customers requiring service, please visit www.sunpower.com/service-providers to find a local service provider.
- For lease customers, your solar lease continues to be supported by SunPower Financials’ existing partners at this time. This includes billing, customer service, and technical support, and they can be reached at: 833-514-1858
Should a solar installer determine that there is a confirmed issue specifically with an REC-manufactured panel, we welcome SunPower or their subcontracted installer to file a warranty claim through our official Claims Form. Please ensure that your claim includes documentation of the issue from a qualified solar technician.
